Gregory earnt his PhD in Food Microbiology and Toxicology from the University of Wisconsin. He commenced his probiotic-centered journey with a five-year tenure at Abbott Nutrition, followed by a 15-year tenure at Danisco – DuPont, where he held various research and leadership roles. In 2013, he collaborated to acquire UAS Labs, assuming the role of Chief Scientific Officer. Following the UAS Labs acquisition by Chr. Hansen in 2020, Gregory served as Senior Director – Scientific Affairs for three years before establishing his consulting firm. He has authored numerous papers on probiotic clinical benefits, application expertise, and microbial safety parameters.
