Scott, one of the primary drafters of DSHEA, has authored three books on the subject and is the founder of Sidley Austin’s three-continent Global Life Sciences practice. He has counseled numerous companies and governmental authorities in the United States, Europe and Asia on dietary supplement/functional food matters, and was the legal speaker at the first International Conference On Probiotics. He currently serves as Dietary Supplement Counsel for a major trade association.
