His activities include clinical research, strategic planning, and representing Cargill at commercial and academic conferences. Justin received his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics at Columbia University and did postdoctoral research at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He has over 16 years of experience in the field of dietary supplements.
