Rachel is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a PhD Candidate at the University of Toronto in Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry. Her research focuses on structure-function relationships of prebiotic utilization by gut microbiota and high-throughput, data-driven approaches to predict prebiotic utilization by gut microbes.
